Commission Requests:

I am pleased to say, that a significant portion of my work is created on a commissioned basis. A client will have seen something on my website, that appeals to them, and will request that I create a similar piece ... with the same feeling/style, etc... Naturally, each piece I create is unique and original...so, exact duplication is not to be anticipated. However, I am more than happy to work with you to create a piece in the colours and overall design that suits your needs.

For commissioned pieces, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to cover the cost of materials. The balance is due prior to the agreed upon shipping date.



Basic Considerations:

~ Payment in FULL is due prior to shipping. I accept debit & major credit cards, and echecks via Paypal. (You may also send me a personal check or money order, however, please allow at least two weeks for confirmation of clearance via my bank, for these transactions. Please be aware that there will be an additional charge for checks returned due to insufficient funds)

~ SHIPPING COSTS are the responsibility of the buyer. I only ship via UPS, with Insurance & tracking. The cost of the shipping is determined by UPS and is based on the weight of the item & the distance to be covered. Insurance is reasonable & required for my glasswork. I do not charge packing/handling fees.

~ All glasswork is non-refundable, unless the item is damaged in transit... in which case, reimbursement will be sought through UPS. For this reason, it is imperative that you ask any relevant questions prior to making your purchase. Thank you!
